Do I need to submit form 15G individually for FDs

I have two fixed deposits with State Bank of India and three fixed deposits with Punjab National Bank. I want to know that am I required to submit form 15 G for each individual fixed deposit.

You can submit one form 15G for all your fixed deposits with SBI and similarly another form 15G for all your fixed deposits with PNB. But after submitting this form, if you open another term account, then you will have to submit a fresh form for that FD only.
