Help me in taking decision of borrowing 2 home loans

I have an outstanding home loan for my 1st house. This loan was taken from Axis Bank. I am planning to purchase 2nd house by taking another housing loan. Do I need to repay the first loan before applying for the second loan or both can continue together? Should I apply for loan with Axis Bank or with any other bank?

If you meet bank’s eligibility criteria on your income and other factors for your 2nd loan, then you can borrow without repaying 1st loan. If your requirements permit then you can also apply for top-up loan with Axis Bank.
