How to get nominee’s name on document for bank locker

While applying for a locker facility with Bank of Baroda, I have filled nomination as well. The banker told me that in any unfortunate incident, nominee can claim the assets lying in my bank locker, but I have not got any document specifying that a nominee has been assigned for this locker. How can I be assured of same?

You can speak to the bank’s manager for this and he can provide you with a document specifying the name of the nominee assigned for your locker.
