How to transfer my demat account from Karvy to Indiabulls

I am transacting my shares and mutual funds through demat account held with Karvy. But now, I wish to close this account and continue all my transactions by opening a new account with Indiabulls. What will be the right procedure that I need to follow to transfer all my holdings from Karvy to Indiabulls?

First open a demat account with Indiabulls and then approach Karvy to transfer all your demat holdings to Indiabulls demat account under offline mode. Then you can ask Karvy people to close your account.
