Is there any best date for investing through SIP

I am interested in investing in Axis long-term equity MF through SIP. But somebody told me that the best date to invest in SIP is between 5th and 10th of every month. Is this person right? Should I really bother about the date of investment rather than the availability and quality of SIP?

The best date in a month to invest will be the one on which the index is on the lowest point. This date can be before 5th, between 5th and 10th or may be after 10th. It is in fact a daunting task to predict best date.
