Online income tax certificate for SBI max gain account

I tried to generate income tax certificate for my SBI max gain account. The windows displayed a message wherein under the transaction accounts, it was written ?Housing loan interest certificate for max gain is not available online.? As I am currently out of town, I can not visit the branch to get that. Can anyone guide me how to get that certificate without visiting the branch?

In general, SBI do not give income tax certificate online. However, you can try to call or mark an e-mail to their customer care. I hope they will consider individual case.
