Private sector lending bank not giving list of original documents

I want to transfer my home loan from a private bank to SBI. In this process, SBI has demanded an attested list of original documents held by the current lending bank on their letterhead. However, my current lending bank has denied issuing any such letter. I contacted the manager then but I got the same reply. Please suggest how to get this list.

Go to your current lending bank and ask them again. If they deny cooperating you, straight away ask them about the current regional head and his contact details. Bank can’t deny providing list of documents to you.
