    I have purchased an under construction flat in Greater Faridabad. I have borrowed loan for this for Rs. 28 lakhs from SBI under max gain home loan scheme at 10.10%. The loan is for 25 years. The loan is not completely disbursed and the complete amount will be released by bank in next 6 months. I am confused whether I should pay pre-EMI or EMI? Can I change pre-EMI to full EMI before possession?

    I will suggest you to go for full EMI option starting from the day you begin paying installments. This will save your interest outgo in future.
