    I have purchased HDFC click to protect term insurance online. I am a smoker and despite giving reminder, the company said that my medical test has been waived off. My agent has offered to fill it offline and get my test done when I will visit India. I am NRI.

    Your agent is straight away fooling you as C2P is an online plan. As a smoker you are already paying high premium. If the company has given you in writing regarding the waiver of your medical test, then it should not pose any problem to you. Continue with the plan.
