Will I get o/d limit on SBI Max Gain loan

I am buying a builder flat in Greater Faridabad. I have applied for a loan with SBI and a normal home loan has been approved to me. But when I enquired for Max Gain, banker said that the o/d limit will not be allowed and that the scheme is not applicable for builder flats. How far is it true?

A Max Gain scheme is applicable for builder flats as well, provided it is a fully constructed property. But in case, the property is yet to be constructed or is under construction then you will not be eligible for this scheme.
