Is is advisable to buy 3bhk flat in Jaypee Kosmos Noida

I am a salaried individual working Noida. I am looking for a flat in the range of 50 lacs. Some one suggested me a 3 bhk flat in Jaypee Greens Kosmos. It is a ready possession flat in the range of 55 to 58 lakhs. Is it advisable to buy flat in Jaypee as their is a whole lot of negativity in news about this project.

I wish to purchase this flat for my residential purpose only.

Jaypee has got excellent ambiance as compared to any other societies in Noida. Also construction quality is ok. Looking at the these parameter and Location, I guess it is a good deal however I am not sure whether you may be able to register the flat in your name or not.

Kosmos, i think, belong to Jaypee Infra which is under deep trouble. So you need to be careful on the papers part. Pls. check all these before any thought.
