Noida or Gurgaon – where should I buy a flat with budget of 80lacs

I am planning to buy a flat say in the range of 70-80lacs. Which is the better option Noida or Gurgaon. I a purely looking at it with an investment perspective and do not have any plan to stay there for next 3-5years.

Also can you suggest me some good options.
