What should I choose – locality or size of a flat

I am planning to buy a flat. The developed localities which I am seeing are very costly. Therefore all I can afford a 2BHK however a little far away locations which are still developing are cheaper and I can easily get 3BHK. Now what should I choose.

It all depends on your requirement. The far of localities will be prime localities in next few years. So if you are buying one for immediate use or planning to shift immediately then it is better to go for 2BHK else 3 BHK is good.
